A Sea Colony condominium, quietly transformed. Walls moved, storage woven into every plane, and a material palette chosen to make the space feel twice what it is — calmer, larger, entirely at ease.

A diplomat needed an occasional DC base — nothing permanent, just somewhere to land. The brief was a low-budget makeover with a very specific vibe: Vail Ski Chalet. The distressed studio he'd bought as a short-term investment sold in a bidding war and still holds the highest per-square-foot sale price in the building.

A reimagined farmhouse kitchen and great room — custom cabinetry in aged brass and matte black, anchored by a hand-selected slab of Calacatta marble.
